Hendon Way Surgery aims to provide high quality health care in a responsive, supportive, courteous and cost-effective manner. Bank Holiday
The surgery will be closed from Wednesday 1st June at 6:30pm and will re-open on Monday 6th June at 8:00am.
We are closed on Thursday 2nd June and Friday 3rd June.
If you require medical advice when we are closed call 111 if it is an emergency dial 999.
You can also contact Barnet Out of Hours GP service 0203 948 6809 which operates weekdays 6:30pm – 8:00pm and bank holidays and weekends 8:00am – 8:00pm.

PATIENT NOTICE
You can access your COVID-19 vaccination status through the free NHS App. You can access the app through a smartphone or tablet.
Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will be shown within the NHS App. We recommend that you register with the app before booking any travel.
If you do not have access to a smartphone and know that the country you are travelling to requires COVID-19 vaccination status, you can call the NHS 119 and ask for a letter to be sent to you. Please make sure we have your current address details before calling 119.
Please do not contact us about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19

Please do not call us to get an appointment until you are invited.
It is very important that you ensure we have your up-to-date contact details such as current mobile number and email address so we can get in contact with you.
Information on the vaccine is available on the NHS.UK website. For anything else, your GP surgery is open and if you need to get in touch, please ring us or visit our website.
Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.
